Oven Roasted Okra

A few years ago this would have been a veggie I walked right past. Lately I have been buying all of the “random” vegetables that are in season and giving them a shot! I have had pickled okra but never oven roasted… it was amazing and so simple! 


The only step for prepping them was to dunce them off. 


I then tossed them in Sesame Oil, Salt, and Pepper. 


Bake them at 450 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes. 


That’s it! Super easy. Since we are currently on a Keto Diet we limited the servings to 8 pods.  Here is the breakdown per serving. 

160 Calories, 16 Grams Of Fat, 2 Grams Of Protein, 2 Net Carbs.
