This DIY Pet Ghost was extremely easy to make, unique, and adorable. Kashen had recently participated in a school fundraiser, so we made these as little thank you gifts for everyone who donated.
Here’s what you will need:
The first step was to melt the chocolate and pour into the pie crust. To prevent the chocolate from burning, we did add a splash of heavy cream.
Next, we decorated the ghosts, for which we used Reese’s Chocolate Shell. We applied the face using a q-tip and then put them in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the shell.
While the ghost’s were hardening, Kashen decorated the chocolate pies with the candy corn.
Once that was complete, we put the ghosts in the middle and hot glued the clear plastic cups onto the foil rim of the pie crust.
This craft was paired with a red wine that was kind of Halloween themed, 19 crimes.
