Keto Creamy Spinach

I am going to be honest, I was trying to make simple creamed spinach without a recipe. This turned out to be very soup like in consistency but the flavor was out of this world! As an added bonus, the extra sauce made a great dipping sauce for our Keto Fried Pork Chops!

Here is what you will need:

  • 1 Cup Of Coconut Oil
  • 8 Ounces Of Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 Ounces Of Raw Spinach
  • 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 4 Ounces Of Cream Cheese


Step 1: Heat the coconut oil in a pan and sauté the spinach. 

Step 2: While the spinach is sauteeing, prepare the cheese. I shredded the cheddar and chopped the cream cheese. 


Step 3: Once the spinach has wilted, add in the cheddar cheese. Keep the heat on low and stir often. 


Step 4: Add in the heavy cream. 

Step 5: Once the cheddar has melted, toss in the cubes of cream cheese and keep stirring. 


This “soup” was so yummy and very Keto! 


This recipe made 5 large servings but could easily serve more people or be used as yummy leftovers. With 5 servings, each contained 822 Calories, 86 Grams Of Fat, 15 Grams Of Protein, and 4 Net Carbs.
