Keto Fried Pork Chops

When trying to follow a Keto Diet getting enough Healthy Fats in, is key! To do this we use a TON of Coconut and MCT Oil. I usually use it for frying meat, in salad dressing, or as a Drizzle for everything else. To keep variety in our diets I alternate on the proteins. These Fried Pork Chops were delicious. I served them with Keto Creamy Spinach and the added cheese sauce was Amazing! 

Here is what you will need:

  • 3 Cups Of Coconut Oil
  • Pork Chops
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Step 1: Pour the Coconut Oil into a large skillet and heat in medium high. While the oil is heating up, season the pork chops. 

Step 2: Once the oil is hot, carefully place the pork chops in the pan. Use caution because the oil will be very hot and can splatter!

Step 3: Once the side that is facedown in the oil, is golden brown, flip it over. Repeat this step for all of the sides. 

We have used this frying method for chicken, pork, and Beef. It’s amazing! The flavor is great and it’s very versatile. 

Our pork chops were about 8 ounces each and the calorie count accounts for the coconut oil absorbed during cooking and the extra oil added after it was played. They had roughly 800 Calories, 69 Grams Of Fat, 48 Grams Of Protein, and 0 Net Carbs.
