Fresh Berries With Homemade Whipped Cream

It has been almost 3 weeks since we have started our Keto Diet. It is going super well but every once in a while you get snack or dessert cravings. These seasonal berries with homemade whipped cream are very satisfying, low in Carbs, high in fat, and easy to prepare!

Here is what you will need:

  • 3 Cups Of Berries
  • 1 Cup Of Heavy Whipping Cream 
  • 5 Drops of Liquid Stevia
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Vanilla Extract
  • Cacao Nibs (Optional)

Step 1: Prepare your berries and set aside. 

Step 2: Make the Whipped Cream. I used about 1 cup of heavy cream ( I was making 3 servings) and a hand mixer. After pouring the whipping cream into a bowl, add the stevia and vanilla. Put it on the highest setting until the cream starts to thicken and turns into Whipped Cream. It should take about 3-5 minutes. 

Scoop the Whipped Cream on top of the Berries and drizzle with the Cacao Nibs.
