Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Cookie Dough Fat Bomb

I am not a sweet eater but these fat bombs have converted me and I am now craving them. They taste just like raw cookie dough but without all the sugar! I used Almond Butter, but you can use any Nut Butter of your liking!

Here is what you will need:

  • 1 Package (8 ounces) of Cream Cheese
  • 8 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Xylitol
  • 2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons of Cacao Nibs

Step 1: Cream the Almond Butter, Butter, Vanilla, Cream Cheese, and Xylitol together. I used a hand mixer but a food processor would work as well. 

Step 2: Once all of the ingredients are blended add in the Cacao Nibs and stir. 

Step 3: Lay out your fat bombs. I used a silicon tray but you can also use an ice cream scooper to make balls. 

Step 4: Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours and then enjoy!

I store mine in the freezer to keep them on the firmer side but they can also be refrigerated. These little fat bombs are so delicious and a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while staying in ketosis!

Makes 12 bombs. A serving is 1.
