Pan Fried Apples And Pork Chops

This delicious one pot meal is great for the fall!

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 Gala Apples
  • 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
    2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
    Italian Seasoning To Taste

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and season the pork chops. Heat the pork chops until they are brown on both sides.

Then move to a plate and cover.

Next, thinly slice the apples. Try to keep them the same thickness to make cooking easier.

Add the apples to the pan and fry until they begin to soften.

Remove the Apple from the pan and place them into a bowl.

Place the pork chops back into the pan and then add the apples on top. Add the Apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard and heavy cream. Place a lid on the pan and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.

And that’s it! Dinner is served! One pan and less than 30 minutes!
