A couple of years ago we took a family field trip to the Desert Botanical Gardens to see the Dale Chihuly blown glass exhibit, and I recently discovered the pictures. The artwork was beautiful! It is absolutely amazing to see some of these pieces erect among the desert foliage. Exhibits like this are a great way to introduce both art and nature to the little ones! Throughout the gardens there is Arizona history and ancient artifacts.
Kashen had fun learning and exploring but the part she loved was the butterfly exhibit.
